When will I receive the notification?

Playdates notification emails are sent out every day at 8am AEST / 10pm Wednesday UTC. You'll receive an email the next day after the roster is posted for your team.

Why didn't I receive a notification?

Notifications are only sent out if there is an upcoming game scheduled. If you did not receive a notification, it is likely that there is no upcoming games scheduled.

If you're not sure if you created the notification correctly, you can safely subscribe again, we won't send duplicate notifications to the same email address.

How do I delete a notification?

At the bottom of every notification email, there is a link to unsubscribe.
